Acorn Complete Care (ACC) aims to provide high quality, person-centred care and support assistance to all service users in their homes and around the community; respecting their dignity, privacy, rights and identity.
We offer Domiciliary Care to the following client groups who are in need of our support:
- Children aged 0-17 years
- Adults aged 18-56 years
- Adults aged 65+
- People with Mental Health needs
- Peoplewith Physical Disabilities
- People with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- People living with Dementia
- People living with Sensory Impairment
Key areas of Support include but are not limited to:
- Personal Care along with Dressing and Food preparation
- Help with Domestic Chores
- Help with Mobility along with Physical and Mental stimulation
- Provision of various Clinical Services including managing Medication
- Help with building Confidence and Self Esteem
- Help maintaining links with Family and Friends
Our 24 hour service is tailored to your needs and keeps you at the heart of your plan. We deliver the highest standards of care.
RATES – Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays)
One Hour: £26.00
45 Minutes: £19.50
30 minutes: £13.00
Night Sitting (10pm – 7am): £150.00
Waking Night (10pm – 7am): £220.00
Health & well-being Checks (30 minutes): £20.00
Bank Holiday charges will be charged at time and a half.
