KEF

Organisation type: Voluntary or Community Sector

KEF is a London-based charity supporting the lives of children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities and their families. KEF are dedicated to offering friendship and fun to its participants, providing opportunities that help them to thrive, whilst providing their parents and families with much needed respite. KEF provides out-of -school-activities, recreational events and residential trips including summer and winter sleep-away camps.

KEF was founded in 2006 with just four children. Today KEF has expanded to over 60 children and young adults , with hundreds of volunteers worldwide becoming part of the KEF family.

At KEF we ensure a caring, loving environment, where each child’s individual needs are catered for. KEF is staffed by an incredibly devoted and willing  team of  energetic and caring volunteers and through shared experiences both are enriched.

The true uniqueness of KEF is how the volunteers, special children, parents, staff and supporters all link together to form an everlasting bond as part of the KEF family.
