The Lifeline24 Alarm service has been specifically designed for the elderly, frail and disabled, to ensure that they can live safely and independently in their own home. With the Lifeline package, all customers will receive a Lifeline VI Alarm base unit and a MyAmie Pendant. Once the alarm unit has been installed, you can choose to wear the Pendant on a wrist strap or around the neck.

Once you join our Lifeline Personal Alarm service, you are connected to our highly trained Care Team who provides a platinum level of service to all users. Day and night, our care team, who have been accredited by the Telecare Services Association, are on hand to support you at home.

Most of our customers come from referrals, either from existing customers, loved ones or by medical professionals who know the needs of our potential customers the most. You can refer a friend or a patient to the Lifeline24 service.
