Refugee Council Children's Section

Organisation type: Voluntary or Community Sector

The Refugee Council Children’s Section works directly with separated children, as well as giving advice to those involved in their support. The Children’s Section has operated since 1994, and is the only national service of its kind. A team of dedicate Advisers support these children in various offices around the UK, many of them speak the languages of the children they are working with.

We at the Children’s Section work with unaccompanied children seeking asylum in the UK – we offer support and advice on a range of issues including immigration, welfare, age disputes and offer youth activities and English classes.
