IPSEA (Independent Parental Special Education Advice) is a national charity providing free and independent legally based advice by trained volunteers to families who have children with special educational needs. Examples of advice include special educational needs processes; problems with schools; requesting statutory assessment; proposed statements; annual reviews; possible disability discrimination; exclusion from school, advice on SEN appeals. They can also represent parents at tribunal.
